Our clients are two brothers living in Texas. They had been living & working abroad for over two decades when they reached out to us. They wanted to return home in the future & needed a plan for good investments.
How we delivered
A parcel of land in a prime area in Eldoret became the site for their first project. We collaborated to design, build and let what is now Skyline Apartments. The project was built in 2 phases that started in 2013. With our property management services, the apartments are now home to Eldoret professionals including doctors based in the major hospitals around. The success of this investment has given them confidence to continue investing at home & provides income for future investments
