With an operating history of 10 years, the business was born to meet a need by many Kenyans living abroad to eventually come back home. This was bolstered by conversations that cited ‘not knowing where to start and who to trust’ as a major deterrent to their investment decisions. They were busy abroad & investing at home was too cumbersome and nebulous.
The Diaspora Access seeks to be the bridge between you, the Kenyan in the Diaspora & your home country by providing access to exceptional real estate services.

Our team is led by two consultants whose combined Real Estate experience spans 20 years.
Sylvia’s work experience is diverse, with a background in corporate Finance, banking, Property & Project management. With a passion for availing services to Diaspora Africans, she is the vision carrier at The Diaspora Access. She believes that in providing access the continent benefits greatly.
She has a bachelor of Commerce degree with a Finance Major & an ongoing M.A in Valuation & Property Management.
