Having done some due diligence work for an apartment purchase & managed this client’s properties from 2013, we were the natural choice when she needed a project manager for her house in Kitengela. With her regular visits, she was satisfied that her parcel of land could one day be home & if not she could build a house and rent it out for an income.
How we delivered
We set out to develop the property, engaging an architect & an engineer & a quantity surveyor. We phased the project to allow her to finance it while carrying on with her other commitments abroad. We hired a contractor & got to building, managing residents association and county requirements as we went. On her land today stands a beautiful 5 bedroom house which has since been occupied by a great tenant.
