QUVA, an investment group, has a membership that includes diaspora Kenyans in the UK, USA & Kuwait. They were looking for a real estate investment that could generate above market returns and that could be rolled out in phases. Additionally, they were looking for a technical partner to walk with them across all elements of the building lifecycle, from funding through to construction, management and maintenance.
How we delivered
We pooled our experience and knowledge and developed a business case for the development of student accommodation units near Kabarak University. The construction of the proposed development is currently in progress.
